totally brill visit!

I liked how up to date the bar was and they stock it good. the staff, they were super friendly. rooms were nice and clean, so key. connor gave us a tour. He was really lovely!
Music played downstairs every night. It was so loud and lasted till midnight. i felt i was in a nightclub, not a hotel, made sleeping hard. it need less loud, please!

the bar area feels cozy and had a well stocked selection. it had a coffee machine for guest use, which i saw people use. seating looks like an american diner style, rad.

the games area provides music and a tv. i saw games machines for kids as well. a vending machine offers snacks and a pool table added to the fun. they offer late keys, super handy if coming back after 1am.

the location is central and close to a bunch of things. attractions are easy to reach from there. buses and trams have easy access so you can move without problems!

the staff show lots of friendliness and a desire to assist if problems arise. staff let us keep bags before check in. after check out. they had little touches like mints and water. they always check how you are!

The staff was amazing and showed us around. the room was clean. the bed was comfy. the dining area had great facilities. i loved the american theme and pool table. The burgers tasted very nice. i really recommend it and will return.
i noticed a very slight delay when trying to check in, requiring me to ring the bell.

the location was quite convenient for exploring. the staff were helpful with directions and local information (they really knew the area). the room was clean upon arrival and the games room had a pool table, a nice addition.
The room was quite small. Moving around the bed was a bit challenging. the hotel enforced a 1 am curfew, inconvenient for late nights. there was no kettle in the room for making coffee.

I had such a great time! the staff are super friendly and helpful with local tips. the location is perfect. Everything is within easy reach, i explored so much (walked everywhere!).
the room was slightly smaller than i expected, but it was still cozy and functional.
